Based in Munich and reporting to the Global People & Culture Head, the Learning & Talent Development role at AZ Reinsurance is responsible for the development and implementation of core processes and activities related to lifelong learning, AI adoption and employee growth & development. This includes the steering of we@Re initiatives and community activities for AZ Re which are aligned with business strategy and AZ Group standards.
