Set product cost targets for R&D and drive design to cost measures in cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, R&D). Actively push the ramp-up of the sustainable and digital primary blue GIS portfolio. Drive up market shares and increase profitability while ensuring factory load. Digitize existing order processes and workflows. Take charge and nurture the PLM GIS Primary team.
